You can opt to have an appointment booking system installed in your website.
It’s primarily intended to allow parents to self-book Parents’ Evening Appointments, but could also be put to other uses if you have the need!
Date and Time slots can be custom set with appointments being taken online on a first-come, first-served basis.
Email confirmations are sent to Parents when they book appointments and admin staff can access a list of all appointments made from their website log ins (and print them off if needed).
Parents also recieve a reminder email 24 hours before their appointment time.
